Terms of Service

By using NexusAD AI services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

NexusAD AI is a sovereign AI platform providing intelligent assistance services with a focus on privacy and data protection. Data is encrypted at rest on our servers. Data in transit uses TLS (HTTPS) as a minimum. Current region: US sovereign compute. We are migrating to Azure UAE North (see our roadmap for the migration schedule).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service for illegal activities
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
• Misusing AI services to create harmful content

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Data is encrypted at rest on our servers and stored on NexusAD-operated sovereign compute (current region: US; migration to Azure UAE North in progress — see roadmap). For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Under data protection laws (GDPR/PDPL), you have full rights to access, export, and delete your data. You can exercise these rights via Settings.

We guarantee you the following rights:

• Data Export: You can export all your data in JSON or CSV format at any time
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all data
• Consent Management: You can control cookie and permission preferences
• Data Portability: Your data is portable in standard formats

Paid subscriptions are subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. AI-generated content based on your queries belongs to you.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our services. AI outputs are not a substitute for professional advice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UAE court jurisdiction.
