Data Processing Agreement — NexusAd

1. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Encryption & Secure Transit

Data is encrypted at rest on our servers. Data in transit uses TLS (HTTPS) as a minimum.

3. Data Residency

The current backend runs on NexusAD-operated sovereign compute. Current region: US. We are migrating to Azure UAE North (see our roadmap for the schedule). Queries are routed to the AI provider(s) you select — please refer to each provider's data-processing policy for their processing location.

4. Data Retention

Retention period: to be defined per customer agreement (default duration to be specified in the executed DPA).
